What Is Included
Our design package covers several core deliverables:
- Single-line diagrams illustrating power distribution from the main source to each load.
- Bill of materials (BOM) with brand specifications, ratings, and quantities required.
- Panel layout drawings showing front, rear, and side views of the enclosure with precise component placement.
- Detailed wiring diagrams with cable numbering, colour coding, and terminal destinations.
- FAT checklist serving as the verification reference before panels leave the workshop.
How We Prepare It
Our engineering team begins with a requirements survey that identifies load counts, voltage levels, and communication protocols to support. From this data, we produce an initial design that is then reviewed collaboratively with your team.
Once the design is approved, final documents are printed and stored digitally as PDF and CAD files for easy access at any time. We also provide limited post-handoff revisions should minor field changes arise.
