Testing & Simulation
Before a machine enters the mass-production line, ElektroBee runs a series of checks and simulations to validate every functional aspect. This process reduces defect risk and ensures quality consistency across every unit produced.
Digital Simulation
We use firmware and control-logic simulation to verify the machine’s operational flow:
- Normal usage scenarios are executed to confirm all functions work to specification.
- Boundary conditions and error handling are tested to ensure the machine responds safely under anomalies.
- Endurance cycles are simulated to project the lifespan of critical components.
Physical Prototype Testing
After digital simulation, the physical prototype undergoes workshop testing:
- Mechanical tests verify structural strength, motion precision, and material wear.
- Electronic tests check signal integrity, power consumption, and electromagnetic interference resilience.
- Environmental tests evaluate performance under the temperature, humidity, and dust conditions expected at deployment sites.
Inspection Report
Every test produces data that we document in an inspection report. This report serves as the reference for design adjustments and quality control during mass production.
Iteration Cycle
If testing reveals weaknesses, our engineering team revises the design and re-runs tests on the affected areas. This iteration cycle continues until the machine meets all quality criteria.
ElektroBee ensures every machine that leaves the production line has been thoroughly validated, protecting your brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
