Field Trial & Deployment
Once a machine passes workshop testing, the next step is validating performance in real-world conditions. ElektroBee’s field trial programme collects actual operational data and confirms the machine is ready for full-scale distribution.
Pilot Programme
We place a number of units at representative locations to evaluate:
- Environmental fit including temperature, humidity, power supply, and floor conditions at target sites.
- Actual usage patterns by operators unfamiliar with the machine, identifying interface areas that need simplification.
- Operational reliability over a defined period, measuring mean time between failures (MTBF) and maintenance needs.
Data Collection
During the pilot, machines transmit telemetry to our monitoring dashboard. The data covers operation cycles, usage duration, power consumption, and error logs. This information drives refinements before a mass rollout.
Operator Training
At each pilot location, we conduct a short training session for operators and the responsible technical staff. Training covers basic operation, common fault handling, and routine cleaning procedures.
Transition to Full Deployment
Once pilot data confirms readiness, we compile a deployment plan covering delivery schedules, logistics coordination, and initial spare-part allocation for each site. Our team accompanies the first batch of installations to maintain quality standards.
Post-Deployment Support
ElektroBee continues to provide support after deployment through remote monitoring, a technical helpdesk, and a rapid spare-parts shipment programme. We make sure your machine fleet stays productive across every location.
