3D Modeling & Design Studio
Before a physical machine is built, we visualise every component in a 3D environment. This process allows the engineering team and the client to evaluate form, dimensions, and mechanical interactions without building a physical prototype first.
Design Process
Our team uses industry-grade CAD software to build accurate 3D models of every machine part:
- Frame and casing structures are modeled with production tolerances to match the chosen fabrication method.
- Electronic components and wiring are positioned within the model to ensure service accessibility and adequate heat dissipation.
- User interfaces including screens, buttons, and interaction areas are placed based on basic ergonomic studies.
Pre-Production Validation
The 3D model allows us to detect potential issues before any material is cut:
- Component interference that is invisible on 2D drawings.
- Space constraints for maintenance and spare part replacement.
- Dimensional compatibility with packaging and shipping methods.
Rapid Iteration
Design changes in the 3D model are far less costly than modifying physical prototypes. Clients can request adjustments to shape, colour, or layout and see results in hours rather than weeks.
Fabrication Output
Once the design is approved, the 3D model is converted into 2D technical drawings and CNC-ready files for the workshop. This ensures a smooth transition from design to production with no information lost.
ElektroBee treats 3D modeling as the foundation of every smart machine project, reducing risk and accelerating time-to-market.
