Sensor Selection
We choose sensors based on the process parameters you need to track:
- Temperature and humidity sensors for production and storage environment monitoring.
- Current and voltage sensors for real-time machine power consumption tracking.
- Vibration and acceleration sensors for early detection of bearing wear and mechanical imbalance.
- Proximity and level sensors for monitoring actuator positions and material volumes.
Gateway Architecture
Our gateways bridge field sensors and your cloud or local server infrastructure:
- Support industrial communication protocols including Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and MQTT.
- Store data locally when network connectivity is unavailable.
- Encrypt data in transit to protect production information.
Integration with Existing Equipment
Many facilities already have PLCs and HMIs collecting process data. Rather than replacing these devices, our gateways read data directly from PLC registers and forward it to the monitoring platform without interfering with running control logic.
Scalability
Our sensor and gateway system is modular by design. You can start with a single production line and add measurement points gradually without overhauling the architecture already in place.
Monitoring and Maintenance
The monitoring dashboard displays every sensor and gateway status in real time. Automated alerts fire when a sensor goes offline or readings fall outside normal ranges, enabling your maintenance team to respond quickly.
